Samsung products have a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. I love my Galaxy Watch 4!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sure about the idea for a while, then I got serious about my heath and bought one of these watches as a timer. A year later and I literally can't go without this thing now!! It tracks absolutely everything I do and updates my Samsung Health app simultaneously! I can answer phone calls on the watch, respond to text msgs, see my activity, heart rate, steps and pretty much any app in my phone, it's on this little watch! I use it when I workout to track my effort and progress, time and other metrics. When I go on a bike ride, it tracks my distance and maps where I rode on a map, my average speed, distance and time. I use it to track my sleep quality and length, as well as the calm app to wind down. It's amazing and I love it! The only thing I would say it needs is the ability to track and record ab workouts. Lol. I will be upgrading to the newest watch version and honestly will be a life long user!

Cool watch but glitchy after a while

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first, it was great but over time, I noticed that it had not charged when I put it on the charger overnight. I've put the watch on without knowing that it hadn't charged and had a useless device on my wrist all day until I got home and charged it again.

Durable and versatile

Great battery life

I log exercises daily, and track my blood oxygen levels at night.
I love the data I get from running.
