I love my watch, but there is room for improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this watch. I always had fitbit watches in the past. A year ago I purchased the watch4. I like that is basically an extension of my phone. I'm patiently waiting the release of the the watch6. I'm hoping to see a little more customization with tracking and apps. The only con to the watch is the size. It's rather large on my smaller wrist and that took some getting used to but it's still a great product.

Looks great in the dark

Great companion to your phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the watch for tracking health: steps, workouts, sleep. I quickly discovered that in works great in conjunction with my galaxy phone. I can access most of the apps I use often from the watch. Would like the battery to last longer

I monitor my exorcize and cardiac function frequently for piece of mind or to relax with the breathe feature..6 in...6 out...works every time! Can't wait to see what watch 6 is like. 5*

Galaxy watch 4 is a must have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this watch. It's super user friendly. There are a multitude of apps to get that cover anything you may want. My favorite feature is the health app. It's tracks everything from how many steps you took thruought the day to if you slept good the night before & all by simply just wearing it.

Good 1st try with WearOS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this watch since it was released. At first there were a few bugs and the first Watch 4 I received had a problem with overheating. It was replaced by the retailer quickly and did overheat once or twice but hasn't lately (probably fixed with software updates). Overall the Watch is pretty good. I'm not allowed to use my phone at work so staying connected with my watch is awesome. It got even better once the Google Assistant was activated. I Bartend for work and it's super easy to ask the assistant for drink recipes. Sometimes the recipes come up on the watch and other times I have to get the phone out to read the recipes. I can confidently say this watch has kept me safe from management who has nothing better to do than police cell phone usage. I do plan on trading up to the Watch 6 when it comes out and can't wait to see what Samsung does next with it's devices.

I enjoyed the features but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the features but the distance tracker was off almost a quarter of a mile. Also I think there needs to be a screen lock or move the button on the side to the top of the watch so you don't accidentally stop it from tracking your workout when doing push ups or anything wrist related. I would also like to see more apps available and/or compatible. More workout feature options for running like interval programs that can be preloaded.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. You Galaxy Watch4 does have a screen lock feature in the settings. By default, your screen is not locked. You can use the screen lock feature to secure your device. When enabled, your watch locks when you remove it from your wrist or when the screen times out while you are wearing it. To lock the watch: Cover the screen with your palm. To unlock the watch: Press any key to turn on the watch screen. If you have a lock screen enabled, press any key to enter your pattern or pin and unlock the watch. For your convenience, I have included a link below containing your Watch4 user manual. Look it over when you have some time to get better acquainted with the many features and various settings to your Watch4.
