A nice upgrade from my Active2

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung health is vital to my day. Ever since my heart attack I have a vested interest in detailing my heart rate and stress by the minute. The encouragement and tracking steps, sleep, and blood oxygen. It's video game stats but it's actual you not a game you. It's made me truly informed and aware of my health and I need to be. It's hard to live without and has become part of my daily routine.
I had a great time with the Active2 but it turned out to sadly not be as "waterproof" as it claimed. I will definitely not be swimming in this Watch4. But seeing all new features like body composition, cleaner and easier interface feel pretty luxurious. The size and material feel like beefy and premium. New watch faces with customized layouts is what I wanted from my old active2. But overall, this was a nice step up and a honing of the things I got a Samsung watch for.
Some things I wish i could get fixed:
-Customize locations and a toggle for the Notification/status dots on the face
-still no blood pressure monitor in the US is so disappointing. It's why I got Samsung watches.
-real waterproof reliability
-where did my Bluetooth calling go? (not sim calling)

Keeping track of your heart and steps

They say it's water proof or resistant but I don't even like getting my watch wet lol, that's how much I care about it. Definitely will continue to get the next upgraded watches. I do recommend getting for me I love the fact it can monitor my heart beat, I need that.

Perfect for health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not an avid health person, I am however, someone who deals with a lot of heath issues. This watch has helped me identify certain trigger points that effect my health and issues I have. Especially the blood oxygen and ecg monitoring. In combination with the heart rate monitoring that was already provided from the Watch 2, this has helped me take charge of things I thought I had no control over. The other regular features are awesome, too. I never miss a call or text. The only issue I have is with trying to text back with the watch, but I think that is a "me" problem. I also love that it works with the Facer app so I can personalize it to fit me and my personality.

Some of the great features include: watch face changes, listening to music and the variety of apps. It works like a cell phone, only better because it's attached to you and truly hands-free!
