Hi Tee, Thanks for taking the time out of your hectic day to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch4. The Galaxy Watch4 is in fact compatible with the Galaxy S22 Ultra. Phones with Android 6.0 and RAM 1.5 GB or higher are supported, just be sure to download the Galaxy Wearable app from the Play Store, and make sure your phone has the latest software. Feel free to take a look at "Samsung smart watch and phone compatibility" if you would like more information about compatibility of devices. Without having more information regarding what you may be currently experiencing with your devices and without being able to ask you any follow up questions to probe further, I recommend reaching out to Samsung Support if you would like further assistance and/or help with troubleshooting your devices. Thank you for being a cherished Samsung customer. - Debra
So far my experience with this watch has been less than enjoyable. Most apps available for the watch through the app store don't work the way they should and the actual amount of useful apps is very very limited. I guess I didn't realize before buying the watch that 90% of my everyday apps like Facebook, twitter, my bank app, ect weren't available for the watch. Not impressed with the fact that I can't stream music through my watch, so far it's basically just a remote to control the music as it plays through your phone. Constanly have problems with the body mass measuring, it makes it to 67% and errors out saying i n3ed to move my watch further up my arm and no matter how far i move it or how tight i make it it doesnt ever seem to work correctly. Pretty much the only useful thing for me is the sleep tracking. Overall if I had the choice again I wouldn't have purchased the watch.

Poor battery, lousy bands
on October 28, 2024

I bought this watch for the fall feature, and I think I'm really sorry. The battery sucks: it needs to be charged every day. If I were to activate more functions, it wouldn't last that long. I have a small wrist, so finding a watchband that would keep it snug was a challenge. I am not happy with this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bad features

I bought this watch a year ago and have used it 5 times because of it bad battery life, now it won't even charge and won't turn on. I called Samsung and they refused to fix because it's out of warranty. TBH, this is the worst purchase I have ever made, with all that money, it didn't even last me a year.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Abena. We really appreciate your feedback regarding the Galaxy Watch. If your watch will not power on, it doesn't seem to charge, or the light on the charger blinks, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. Check out the link attached for options to help troubleshoot this. If this persists, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support so that we can look into what can be done to get this resolved. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003100/ smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
