[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about a week, replacing the Watch 3. I really like the sleek look and feel of this. I thought I might miss the rotating ring for navigation but I don't miss it at all for navigating under the new WearOS version of Samsung's interface.

I bought the galaxy 4 watch to replace my active 2 watch. I was able to receive calls/text messages on my active 2 even when I did not have my phone on me as long as I was connected to wifi. The Galaxy 4 does not have this feature. This is a serious downgrade! I was told I need the LTE version but I did not have the LTE version for the active 2 so what gives! I could've bought a Fitbit for less money to do the same thing, with a longer battery life. So disappointing Samsung! I wish I would have known that before I purchased otherwise I would've bought something else!

Disabled Bluetooth. Just using LTE. Closed all tabs Disabled health checks... The battery goes from 100% to 75% in 1 hour. Using the basic clock face I will not use power save mode because I paid for a watch with benefits… I will return this watch today

Bought the watch with service line to use as stand alone for music and workouts. Also for sleep records. Watch won't last for more than 10 hours on a single charge. Thought samsung battery technology was much better then this! Very disappointing.

The battery life is non-existent. If I even use this for a few texts and one 15 minute walk a day, I have to charge it again in less than 24 hours. I can't use the features and definitely can't personalize it with photos (one of the main reasons I chose the Samsung watch). I tried and it died in hours. I had an Active 2 watch that I could use for everything and it would last days.

I bought this watch for the fall feature, and I think I'm really sorry. The battery sucks: it needs to be charged every day. If I were to activate more functions, it wouldn't last that long. I have a small wrist, so finding a watchband that would keep it snug was a challenge. I am not happy with this product.
