Helping with my fitness goals

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unlike other brands, my galaxy watch fully integrates with my phone to help me keep track and motivate me on my weight loss. I keep track of calories gained and burned as well as making sure I exercise daily! My next purchase will be the galaxy buds seeing how well my watch works with my Samsung phone.

Great for Daily Use

It feels about the perfect size for most day to day use, the step tracking and workout tracking is very inspirational and pretty accurate from what I can tell and gives me good insight I can use to be in a better physical condition.
Plus it's super customizable and I love how it works with my s22 ultra.

Great watch if I could get it to connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mostly use my watch for calls and texts while I'm working but I haven't been able to connect it to my phone for almost 6 months now. Not sure why it worked then just wouldn't connect anymore. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for this problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The galaxy watch 4 is great for tracking steps, making calls and monitoring BMI. It is easy to customize with apps and background pictures.
One feature of the watch that I really enjoy is the heart rate monitor that will notify you if your heart rate has been high for more than 10 minutes. I'm also able to use a feature on the watch to do a quick EKG that helps me monitor my heart health.
The one feature that I have not enjoyed is the sleep monitor, it reads how many hours of sleep and tells me how much I've woken up, but it does not actually record snoring. The app states that it does record snoring and I was pretty excited to use this feature to check that I'm not developing sleep apnea. I will continue to keep playing with the settings, but after a year I've mostly given up.
Overall the watch is a great tool to keep track of your health and exercise throughout the day and even compare the data to prior weeks. I would definitely recommend this watch to anyone looking for an easy to use smart watch that is durable enough for a diesel mechanic to wear every day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Watch4 to track my exercise- swimming, running, biking, and working out in the gym. It's great for keeping an eye on my heart rate, too.
I also use it to track my sleep and get tips for improving my rest.
