Good product for the person on the move

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a fitness instructor and performer so it's beneficial to not only monitor your health, but to have remote access to your phone, music and Geo tracker.
Because I have a Samsung mobile device they're ally do working well together. If there's any discrepancies I can always make updates.
I enjoy the smaller face and interchangeable wristbands to coordinate with any outfit and to sanitize after stringent workouts.

Great stress feature

This watch helps me monitor my stress levels and gives me breathing exercises to help lower my stress levels. Because of this feature I have had fewer panic attacks from being over stressed

I like to use the heath functions to track everything from my sleep to my daily steps. It is very quick to charge and the battery life is pretty good in my opinion. This is my second Galaxy watch and I'm impressed. My first watch was not capable of answering calls. Watch 4 is a major upgrade! Loving all of the capabilities!!
