You are able to switch between sound modes, while preserving the individual sound settings you have made. Here's how: From Settings, tap Sounds and vibration. > Tap an option under Sound mode: Sound: Enable sounds for notifications and alerts. Vibrate while ringing: Set your device to vibrate in addition to ringing when you receive a call (This option is only available if Sound is enabled.) Vibrate: Use vibration only for notifications and alerts. Mute: Set your device to make no sounds. For your convenience, I have included a link that contains your user manual for the Galaxy Watch4. Your Samsung smart watch isn’t all cogs and gears - it’s wires, processors, data chips, and software! And just like with any other smart device, the watch's software and apps will need to be updated every so often. Luckily, you can update both whether or not you have a phone! Check out the article that I have linked below for you titled, "Update software and apps on your Samsung smart watch" to keep your Watch4's software up to date and functioning properly. Feel free to reach out to Samsung Support if you would like any additional assistance. Thank you for being a dedicated Samsung customer. - Debra
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my samsung gear for work mostly work. I currently work as security guard and maintenance at a school. I'm always active because of my watch. The steps, my heartbeat, the calls if I'm needed, or text messages I receive while I patrol the halls. I love my device. Just love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use this watch for the gym. I had a competitor's smart watch for many years, and this Samsung watch made me switch!
The features such as sleep & body composition including others are just great features. The fact it syncs with Samsung Health has changed my whole experience.

Far superior to fitbit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used fitbit for many years but decided to make the change last January. The Galaxy Watch 4 is far superior. I love being able to leave my phone at home but still being able to make a call or text or even listen to music.
I also like that certain new features are able to be added to the 4, even though they are on the 6.
The main negative is the battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Watch4 and the Watch4 classic, I love them. I switched off the classic to get rid of the bezel and I was even happier. That paired with the Buds, allows me to leave my phone(within range) wherever I want. Getting out of the car, or downstairs when at home. I will always have a Watch, Buds and Galaxy.
Apples rot, Galaxy are forever.

Great Device with poor battery life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The watch is very good. It is durable. I have dropped it multiple times and no crack in the screen. The software is good and response is fast enough for daily use. My only problem with the watch is it last maybe 24 hours when it states it last longer. I don't do too much on the watch for it to last that short amount of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my watch for everything. Mostly my health and getting my steps in but it helps me watch my heart rate and blood pressure. Not that it is an actual doctor but it's pretty accurate. The battery life could be a lot better though. I did over 18,000 steps yesterday and it died early.
