Almost perfect but the battery life sucks

I'm in love but I hate to charge my watch continually!!! Everything else it's great, good features. And totally waterproof, I swimm with my watch and still working well after 9 months. Please fix the battery life!!!

Love this watch. Gets me through a full day. I listen to my youtube playlists all day and this watch lasts the whole day. The inclusion of Goolge assistant is the icing on the cake. It works fast and does things Bixby can not.

Battery drains QUICKLY if not monitored/optiomized DAILY. Auto BT connection often doesn't work often. Freezes constantly. Always needs rebooting. Easily my MOST disappointing Samsung purchase ever. My wife has stopped even trying to use hers. My 2nd gen watch worked "OK" until it didn't and I thought this gen would improve upon that, but it's MUCH, MUCH WORSE. Ultimately, a large WASTE OF MONEY.

Constant problems

I have had this watch for a few months now and I can honestly say I do not like it. I've already had to send it to samsung to get it fixed because it was overheating and draining the battery. Now I'm having problems with it constantly disconnecting from my phone, not wanting to answer calls or not getting notifications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my galaxy watch last year and I absolutely love it I have heart problems and my galaxy watch tracks my EKG and my heart rate constantly and tells me when it gets too low or too high it also helps me with ny sleeping activities I love to wake up in the morning and see how I slept and sometimes my snoring data

No Google Assistant, Iwatch is THE only option

Bought it as I thought that they have Google Assistant. But, found out Bixby is the only voice assistant. Bixby is so bad that Samsung does not even mention Bixby as one of the feature on Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 webpage, then why restricting us to just one voice assistant. Apple is still the only smart watch in the market. Samsung failed again, even with Google's partnership

Poor performance

Finally decided to get a smart watch and found the Samsung to studder and not provide smooth translations. Also found that the heart ecg was not even close to at home monitor that I had so this is useless
