Crappy Product

This watch does not work very well. It does not come on when you raise your hand nor does keep the right time. The face has a photo in it but the time show in the example display shows instead of the real time. It shows 10:08 on Sunday which it is every minute of every day. If you push the upper button several times it might update to the correct time and date but this make the watch horrible.
This started after a software update. Maybe Samsung will fix this problem before I return it?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolute garbage

Got this yesterday battery doesn't last more then 4 hours with all apps turned off will be looking to return today

Dramatically undercounts steps

As a watch, and for runs it seems to work well (I linked to my Strava account which works nicely), and I got the 4G one so I can leave my phone at home for a run and still make a call if I have to. The battery lasts about a day and a half, which isn't great but I just plan to charge it daily, which is quick. The one drawback to be aware of is that compared to other devices it dramatically undercounts steps. After feeling like I was having a very hard time reaching my step goal that is normally manageable, I recently wore my Watch4 and another tracker on the same hand at the same time, and it was about 40% lower. Worth a google to see I'm not alone in my observation. If you're aware of it, this doesn't have to be a big deal, but it would have been good to know before starting a step challenge at work. There doesn't appear to be any way to resolve this with updates (despite what the Samsung help page would imply), my devices are all up to date and I've tried other health apps and they all just base the step count on the watch so they're all low.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this watch for a while now & love all the new features but can't use some due to worst battery life ever. One of the features that I wish I could use is the sleep app, but can't due to having to change the watch. Battery doesn't even last me the whole day. Samsung needs to improve the battery in this watch.

Wether that be Stress or Oxygen levels as well as measuring my walks and excercise. I like how it also is customizable and has various settings.

Almost perfect but the battery life sucks

I'm in love but I hate to charge my watch continually!!! Everything else it's great, good features. And totally waterproof, I swimm with my watch and still working well after 9 months. Please fix the battery life!!!
