Good watch but terrible experience buying it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it a week ago and like it in general. Very light and nice looking, great performance and functionality. But health related readings are not correct, doesn't start auto sleep recording, doesn't show notifications while charging. Very limited amount of watch faces. No blood pressure reading here in US.
