This watch is the greatest!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart watch and it's great for everyday use! So many of the apps on it come in handy everyday! The calculator, compass, timer, and find my phone! Not to mention the convince of hand free calls! So many ways to customize the watch to suit anyone's style. Will definitely be looking forward to the next generation!

Can't live without it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my watch. Especially for snore detection. It helps me to monitor my sleep patterns and let's me see that my boyfriend really exaggerated about my snoring. I also love how I have hands free calls and can text when I am walking around. Love the health and fitness on Samsung health. Gotta get those steps in. Let's not forget the apps that are paired with my phone like Spotify and Google Maps for listening to music and navigation. And I love being able to change the face of the watch as often as I like. Hands down best watch ever! I do recommend getting a screen protector if you're super rough or active like me.

I like the connectivity to my s22 ultra.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my watch mainly to monitor my heart and exercise. It works really well with my s22 ultra. I like that I can change songs on my watch while I'm driving. The hands free calling feature comes in handy while at work. I wear it everyday because it has so many convenient features. I dont leave home without it strapped to my wrist. It's a device I didn't know I needed until my fiance gifted it to me. Now I don't like being without it.

This device is hardly useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Io was excited to get my first watch. For the first few days it was great, before I got to know just how many limitations it had. It boasts so many wonderful features - and they are great! But you can hardly use any because the battery doesn't last even half a day with basic functions. Lastly, it's function as a phone (when your device is not around), doesn't work half the time. So the data plan that's needed is a waste of money.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on our products, linked below. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. Check out the articles I have linked below titled, "Reduced battery life on your Samsung smart watch" and "Keep your Samsung smart watch running in top shape" for some great tips on getting the most out of your Galaxy Watch4's battery. If your Samsung smart watch (LTE) experiences mobile data issues, cannot answer calls, receive texts, or does not display your phone number in the Settings menu, there are a few things you can try. If those options do not work, it may be necessary to contact your carrier for network options or activation support.
