[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first smart watch. Band is comfortable and bettery life is long. I can track all of my fitness. There are some health monitoring feature like ECG. I hope unlock the blood pressure monitoring near future update.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Battery is supposed to run for 40 hours? My husband's and mine don't even last 4! What a joke. Very difficult to set up. Also has to keep re connecting to our mobile carriers service. We have perfect service at our home and around most of our city. Don't waste your time or money! Will be returning.

The timer doesn't even work

The timer doesn't work reliably ... Notifications don't appear half the time .. the bezel stopped functioning today and now it doesn't even turn on.

Yes the battery is not that well but I over look that and all I have to say is this watch is the best watch I ever had Samsung will fix the problem soon and thanks for such a fantastic watch I highly recommend it

I just received the Galaxy watch 4. I can't even review the features. The BATTERY died in 4 hours. RETURNING IT. Smh

Battery does NOT stay charged- 6 hours, 7 tops.

I had the Galaxy2 for a few years, loved it. Got this newer 'better' version...never been so disappointed. I can't get through a full shift at work before the watch is dead. I turned on all the power saving modes; still dead within 7 hours tops, with the power saving features on. What's the point of a Smartwatch, if it does not get through a 15 hour period without having to be recharged?

I have a Samsung Galaxy watch 2 but it's been stuck on reboot mode for the last 5 months. I decided to treat myself with the Watch 4. The look on the Watch 4 is nice. The band is nice. I like how you can mix match the watch and band.
The face watch options on the Watch 4 are awful. There are very limited free and useful face watch. The free options won't allow you to make too many adjustments to it unless you purchase the premium upgrade. There are multiple apps you can download to change the face of your watch, but those app has limited free options. Most options you have to pay. The free ones tends to not work or freezes or does not install properly. Everytime you download a face watch app, you have to download it on your phone and watch. I dont get why I pay so much for this watch and in return have to spend money to pick a different face watch. This was not the case for the Watch 2. This watch is complete crap compare to the Watch 2. I would avoid buying this. I'm very upset I bought this. I've never been so disappointed with a Samsung product.
