Set up was annoying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this watch, however, setting it up is really annoying i have to reset the watch 3 times before it connects to my Google account. Other then that everything about the watch is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the watch and I love it. I guess the only bad thing about the watch is that to have to charge it everyday. If you don't have power-saving mode turned on, you have to charge it every 12 hours.

Kept Overheating and Shutting Down

I only had the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic for a few days before I had to return it. It kept flashing the message that it needed to "cool down," and then the watch would shut off completely. This happened repeatedly, and the battery lasted a total of 6 hours AT MOST. The least amount of battery life was 2 hours, and this was after I made sure all the unnecessary apps were turned off.
Although I love the look of the watch and the band is comfortable, all else utterly failed.

Great watch but software needs some attention

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the design and features but Samsung needs to work on its health app. Sleeping tracking is not consistent. When I use other apps it records even a 30 minute nap during the day Samsung app does not. Also it stops tracking hearth rate at the gym in the middle of the session. Comparing to watch active 2 - no BP lab 2.0 available :-(
