[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel that overall it's very convenient however it dies have its mishaps at times. I'm jot sure if it's just the usual affects that electronics woul have or the overall product. It has a delay sometimes with text and the voicemail issue, however I will still recommend because sometimes you can't always get or be around your phone and having makes you have easy access.

The watch receives regular updates from Samsung with new features and security patches making it safer and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this syncs with phone steps so it still counts if your watch misses steps. I don't like that I need to charge it pretty much daily or it doesn't last.

My favorite feature of this watch would have to center around how customizable this device is. From interchangeable bands to the thousands upon thousands of available watch faces, this watch can be easily personalized in a snap. The only real downside ive experienced in the time ive had this device is that it always seems like I'm accidentally taking screen captures of my watch face.
