Great, but limited features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear my watch every single day. It has really accurate step and exercise information, and great reminders in place for movement. It has a lot for the health side of things, including exercise, bmi, sleep, and even water/food trackers. Besides health, it has limited features. I find it hard for it to compete with other brands because of this, as the price point is similar. The music control is decent, and it works well with the Galaxy phones. It does have limited customization options and a lack of information on the watch itself (you have to continue it on your phone if you wish to go through a lot of your charts/info).
The biggest flaw for me is that the strap broke fairly quickly and I have had to get a replacement for it a couple times. The strap itself is rather comfortable, just tends to break easy, especially when wearing the watch while exercising. It does slightly make up for this in battery life, as it has a substantial amount in comparison to other products.
Overall, solid product and I don't take it off other than to charge it. Just wish it had more features outside of health and the strap was more durable. 4 out of 5.

Great for Chronic Illness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Galaxy Watch 4 by recommendation from the cardiologist who diagnosed me with POTs in order to monitor my heart rate and other vitals. The watch has been able to provide excellent data to doctors and nurses whenever I end up in the emergency room from a bad dysautonomia flare. The SOS alert is also good for notifying my family when I fall or have a seizure.
