[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a user of iphone watch since they introduced it but this samsung watch blow me away every feature you can ask in a watch from tracking your sleep, step, how much glass of water you drink on a day. And so more.

I love the features, but not the best battery life

I recieved this as a Christmas gift. After having this for a few weeks I am very happy with all of the features on this watch. The thing I am not quite happy with is the battery. For me, it's fine because I charge my watch at night instead of using sleep tracking, but even at around 5:00pm on a normal day it is already at 15%. I still love this watch, but if you don't have a lot of time for charging, maybe this isn't for you.

Great features if the battery lasted!

I bought this device in August 2022. Within two months I noticed that the battery would be completely drained by the end of the day. At first I thought there were settings issues, but after troubleshooting with no change, it clearly is a faulty battery.
I'm trying to schedule a warranty replacement but have not had success.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brick, useless, expensive

I have it for a year and it was nice! Then there was an update and the watch just became a paper weight. Watch this expensive shouldn't just turn into brick after a year. I request a resolution.

Huge disappointment - battery & build quality

This was a birthday present for our 14 year old son in December 2022, immediate charging issues, sent back for repair (not replacement repair). It came back a week later and still only makes it through 7 hours with luck - that is with all features, GPS, wifi etc..etc.. turned off. The main reason for the purchase was the GPS & LTE phone capabilities (so his Samsung phone could be left at home) - and we can't use that ! Also the build quality is very cheap, screen scratched in 2nd day - All 5 of us are Samsung users, phones, Galaxy watch (originals) - I recently got a watch pro which is great.. But am exceptionally disappointed in this watch 4 - garbage
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
