I've had this watch for just over a month...twice it randomly stops working and gets stuck in this perpetual reboot. You cannot do a factory reset because it won't let you...so you have to not wear it for 2-3 days to let the battery die completely, recharge, and repeat a week later. I just downloaded the update to make it "more stable"...yeah no...what's the point of a watch that you can't wear three days a week. They need to fix this...I wish I never upgraded from the 3 which worked fine=(

This watch was to replace my gear s3. Now that they have removed the Samsung os and gone to Google none of my faces work. So I downloaded faces. Now half of my notifications stopped working. Alarms are not working either. I will be buying a used gear s3. Way to screw up something great. This watch makes me want to switch to apple.

Do NOT waste your money

This will probably be my last Samsung watch. Battery is none existant, even in battery saver with some sensors on it doesn't last 2 days. is worthless, you will end up leaving your watch at your desk forgetting it in a charger after a few months. Some say charge it at night, then how will I track my sleep? really don't waste your money. it is a BAD product.

Leaving mark on arm

I bought this watch only a couple of weeks ago and it is leaving a mark on my arm. It is under the watch face and seems like a burn. I love the features the watch has but can't use it do to this!

I actually really love this watch. It has so many features and some I didn't even know about. I was a little concerned about the battery life at first because of the review but the only issue I had was when I first got it it was charged 100% when I went to bed and by the next morning it was completely drained and shut off. In addition it did get hot during charging but not for long. However I recharged it and haven't had any issues with it since. I set the watch on powersaving mode and the battery last all day long and then some. Super happy about this watch.
