It was fine until new updated, STOP working

After updated GV13 the watch went off, black and not working or changing at all

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life is terrible, doesn't even last 24 hours. Also alerts for my heart rate (a big reason for wearing this in the first place) don't show up. There have been multiple times my heart rate was over 100bpm at rest for 10 minutes and I recieved NO ALERT
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
