Super disappointed with this device. It developed a crack in the LCD within a month of wearing it. NEVER again will I purchase another Samsung device, I thought I was a customer for life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great look but some things that i wish could chang

I was gifted with this watch and I think it looks great but there are some things that I think could be improved:
1. The strap makes it look like bigger than it should be. It lessens the professional look of the watch. I think the old GW3's strap is much better as looks more professional.
2. Wish you could have a gunmetal color for the watch body - I believe the Samsung Gear sport had that color and it's really nice. I like the look on the gear sport and I wish you would have such color in the next generation.
3. I wanted to have a smartwatch that could look as a dress watch (slim and has a chrome look including the bezel). Please create one for the next generation. The GW4 Classic is too thick for a dress watch. Please make this possible

If you have wrist tattoos, DONT BUY!!!

I'm sorry, but how have you guys at Samsung not fixed the problem with the ALL of your watches thinking they are not being worn with people with wrist tattoos? The watch looks good, this is why I bought it. My first smartwatch and likely my last. All you have to do is update the Wear app for a toggle that allows notifications when the watch is NOT WORN. Very disappointed in the hardware and software team for not fixing this problem that has been know since you started producing SW. Its all over the internet. Wish I would have known before I bought.

Excellent Watch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My one initial worry about this watch was about how it would feel, this was my first smart watch. This watch is so comfortable, even wearing it while I'm sleeping I barely notice it. It's nice to be able to track how physically active I am throughout the day with it too! I love having this watch as a backup option for if I ever lose my phone or have my phone stolen.
The only thing I wish would be improved is the battery life- it's good, but it could be better. I need to charge the watch a little bit every day. Besides this one little thing, the Galaxy Watch4 has really been a convenient thing to have.
I would recommend this to a friend!
