Huge Samsung fan but...

I actually had a watch 3 and I also upgrade my watch so I decided to order the 4. From the first time holding the watch it does feel better build but a bit too delicate as far as looks go. First use I noticed the battery life issue and I also noticed the most annoying items which almost made me return the watch. There is no longer a galaxy store to purchase skins for it. You must use Facer which I seriously dislike. This is just lazy on Samsungs behalf. I've also noticed the watch is slower that the watch 3. I receive lots of emails and text along with calls and this watch does not keep up well compared to the W3. On the bright side the speaker phone function is better. So I still currently wear my W3 during the day and use the W4 at night or weekends. Sadly between the weak battery and slow processor I can't make it my daily watch. Prior to receiving the W4 I use to rotate my original galaxy watch 46 with the W3 and the original watch has a better battery. Sadly not a good purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Charger/Manual Not Included

First off please note that I didn't even try to use the watch so I can't write about ease of use. It went back into the box under 15 minutes to be returned.
I give this one star because it did not come with a charger, seems to be the new fad. Buy expensive electronics and spend more on a charger. This is not for me. I would buy a refrigerator without a plug in, nor would I buy a tv without a plug in. Well, I refuse to buy a watch like this with no way to charge it unless you buy the charger.
I was also upset that there was no manual on how to use the watch. I can usually figure these things out, but always find more things by reading a manual.
Putting the bands on the watch is no easy task. It has a little think you need to slide back, keep holding back while trying to get the pin lined up with the hole. This is tough to do with stubby little fingers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great watch, but one EPIC failure

I purchased the Gear 4 Classic because I love my Gear 3 and was excited to see a new version. Samsung has in my opinion made an epic failure in the design. 1) you can't use the Gear 3 charger. 2) The cheap 20" inch USB charger is to short to use any where but the bathroom to charge your phone. It would be nice if it were like the Gear 3 charger where you can supply your on USB cord. Engineers need to live in reality and design totems for real world applications, not bench test designing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery Life SUCKS

I had the galaxy watch 2...got 3 days, easy!
Now, with the 4, I get less than 24hrs. Even got a warranty exchange thinking there must be something wrong with it...nope, replacement is just a bad.

Battery life and watch faces

Battery life is a joke. I'm lucky to get through a day with Bluetooth connection 95%of the time. My Galaxy watch 3 would easily go 3 days. Options for high end watch faces are also disappointing and functions of available watch faces aren't even close to what was available for Tizen. The Tizen operating system is far superior. The only reason I bought it was I thought there would be more apps and better functionality, not true at all. I'll try to pawn this off to recoup some money and go back to my Galaxy Watch 3.
