Really having fun with this watch

One of the main reasons I bought this watch is that I have a collection of conventional watches, and have been searching for one with the best world time features. Now I can download multiple watch faces with all sorts of features. I may even start designing my own, because so far, I have not found exactly what I am looking for. Overall, the watch is easy to use, easy to set up, and is working well with a non-Samsung phone. I am also looking forward to using the heart health apps, which is the reason I used to justify buying the watch.
The only comments I have are (a) Samsung needs to fix the problems syncing with Outlook. It has been reported that Outlook syncs messages once and never again, and that is what I am seeing, and (b) allow me to delete the totally useless watch faces which come with the watch.

Overall, very happy except for band.

Overall am very happy with the watch. My only issue is with the band. I had to take the standard band that came with it as I ordered during pre-order and customization. The band pops off all the time and once the watch went flying during a workout. No matter what I try, it doesn't solve the issue. Luckily there has been no damage but I am pushing my luck as even minimal movement causes the clasp to fail. Finally had to give in and order a new band which is annoying as I have only had the watch for 3 months. Not excited about having to spend more money. Hopefully the extreme sport will be stronger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not an upgrade

Very disappointed in this product. I loved my original galaxy watch and decided to "upgrade" to the galaxy watch 4 classic. It wasn't an upgrade. With all the features enabled my original galaxy watch would still be around 50% battery after 24 hours. With the same settings on the watch 4 it's not even close. The last two days its not even making it 20 hours. The apps in the watch don't seem to be the battery drain, so it's either the sensors or the operating system. The sensors in the original watch didn't kill the battery that bad, so I'm guessing it's the OS on the watch 4. Wear OS is not an upgrade to Tizen, there aren't that many watch apps in the play store, and most of them are just step counters, calorie trackers, or music players. How many of those do you need? Still no Google Assistant, and really that's not going to be that big a deal anyway.... it's a watch. Samsung would be better off ditching Wear OS and going back to Tizen, we all know Google will stop developing Wear OS anyway, just like most of the other projects they release. The extra features the watch 4 has over the original watch just aren't that important. ECG is not really that useful, Body Composition is not that accurate, and Blood Pressure isn't even available in the US. Today is the last day I could return this watch. I'm probably going to keep it and see if samsung can save it through software updates, but I'm not hopeful. In the meantime, I'll go back to my original galaxy watch and know it will be there all day for me.

Watch with LTE , HORRIBLE waste of Money

In less than a month I have had to return my watch and order a new one 4 times whichis ridiculous.
#1 The battery life is horrible in 5 min it will go from 100% to 91% not even using anything just leaving it alone.
#2 IT OVER HEATS I can't make a phone call because 1 min into the phone call I get a warning that my phone is overheated and it automatically goes into airplane mode and it turns off which is annoying.
#3 Can't use any of the app because it will totally consume the battery life to 0%.
I got this watch as a birthday present from my husband and so far I'm really disappointed with Samsung is the worst watch ever. All 3 watches that the battery life was crap and they all overheated just order my 4th one and if it's the same you can be sure I'm not buying it again.
I HOPE THEY FIX THIS because so far I'm really frustrated and disappointed with how this watch came out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I didnt realize you need a samsung phone in order to use the ECG! Its a nice watch, I'm definitely happy with it. BUT, the fact you need a Samsung phone to use the ECG is quite ridiculous honestly. Unlock the ECG so people can love the watch & use the features as well, I'm not trading in my Pixel 6

I have to charge the Classic 4 every 4 hours, and they is while sitting at my desk!! It won't even go a full night without dying. I got this strictly to watch my sleep cycles/habits, and it gets 3 hours at night on a full charge! Terrible and very disappointed.
