I've had my Watch4 Classic with wireless service for about a month now, and it has performed great. I upgraded from the original Galaxy Watch, and the mobile connectivity of the new watch is clearly superior (I live in a place with spotty coverage).
My only qualm with the watch is that it was pretty difficult to get it set up on my wireless plan with AT&T, especially considering that 1) I was upgrading from another Samsung watch that already had wireless service in place, and 2) the phone I was linked too was also in the Galaxy ecosystem. Apple seems to have the setup system more under control.
Anyway, now that I'm up and running, everything's great. I can go jogging and track my run, make calls, and listen to Spotify all without having my phone nearby, which is just what I wanted. Battery life has been satisfactory as well.

App doesn't work

The app required to use the watch is garbage. It will not connect to the app and keeps saying network error. I hope I didn't just buy and over priced paper weight. Phone does meet software and hardware requirements.

If your watch does not pair to your phone, or if it randomly disconnects, it is best to reboot your watch. To force a reboot on your watch, press and hold the Home key (Power key) and Back key at the same time until "Rebooting..." displays. Do not select Power off on the screen or Restart when it appears. delicate screen cracked

May watch4 screen cracked after accidently dropping it about 3 feet high. Samsung needs to allow replacement of watch with a small fee. Overall the watch4 is a good watch for fitness tracking and monitoring sleep and heart health. Google Assistant is still not available limiting its functionality.

Battery Life is so poor

I've had this watch for a day and not feeling excited a bit! My son gave me this watch for mother's day (his first gift that he paid for in full after he started working) and i feel horrible having to tell him that I want to return it because the battery life is sooo poor! I wore it half day and the battery drained in the middle of the night. Not sure if anything can be done about it. I don't usually shop based on reviews but i totally should've read and listened on this one. Total disappointment !

Good product, always needs charging

I have had this watch for almost a week. As far as the features of the watch go they are good. However, the battery last less then 24 hours with constant use. The sleep feature is not functional as this time is the best time to charge. I prefer Samsung over anything else as my house is full of Samsung electronics, but the battery performance is the worst. I have a generic smart watch where the battery lasts for 2 weeks.

It was only nine days since I purchased this watch and I just dropped it today, and the screen cracked in half. I had a Garmin for more than 3 years and dropped it so many times and nothing happened.

I recently purchase the Galaxy Watch4 for my Galaxy S21+ and have had nothing but problems trying to connect it with my phone. I have rebooted the watch several times, I uninstalled the Galaxy Wearable and still no success. I'm shocked that I encountered this issue when previously I was able to pair my Samsung earbuds within 5 mins.
