delicate screen cracked

May watch4 screen cracked after accidently dropping it about 3 feet high. Samsung needs to allow replacement of watch with a small fee. Overall the watch4 is a good watch for fitness tracking and monitoring sleep and heart health. Google Assistant is still not available limiting its functionality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery Life is so poor

I've had this watch for a day and not feeling excited a bit! My son gave me this watch for mother's day (his first gift that he paid for in full after he started working) and i feel horrible having to tell him that I want to return it because the battery life is sooo poor! I wore it half day and the battery drained in the middle of the night. Not sure if anything can be done about it. I don't usually shop based on reviews but i totally should've read and listened on this one. Total disappointment !

Let's take a look at some things that may be affecting your device's battery health. First, we want to make sure that your device is up to date. Also, make sure to update your apps because some apps may have a bug that causes them to use excessive battery. Turning off the display when not in use is a good way to preserve your battery when you are not actively using it. To take it a step further, we recommend activating power saving mode. Power saving mode saves battery power while slightly reducing the performance of your Galaxy Watch. I will be attaching a link that will give you a couple more options that should help with this situation. If you are still experiencing this after troubleshooting your device, reach out to us at Samsung support so that we can take a further look into what may be causing this. -Kelvin

Good product, always needs charging

I have had this watch for almost a week. As far as the features of the watch go they are good. However, the battery last less then 24 hours with constant use. The sleep feature is not functional as this time is the best time to charge. I prefer Samsung over anything else as my house is full of Samsung electronics, but the battery performance is the worst. I have a generic smart watch where the battery lasts for 2 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First day I wore mine I was working underneath my truck and bumped the face of the watch on the ground and put a huge scratch on the face.

Cheap screen

It was only nine days since I purchased this watch and I just dropped it today, and the screen cracked in half. I had a Garmin for more than 3 years and dropped it so many times and nothing happened.

I recently purchase the Galaxy Watch4 for my Galaxy S21+ and have had nothing but problems trying to connect it with my phone. I have rebooted the watch several times, I uninstalled the Galaxy Wearable and still no success. I'm shocked that I encountered this issue when previously I was able to pair my Samsung earbuds within 5 mins.

A waste of money

I purchased the S22 Ultra along with the Galaxy Watch 4 to be used with Verizon. I initially set it up on Verizon and then was told that the watch could only be used with number share. That sounds like a bluetooth watch, I purchased the LTE version specifically to be able to have the watch be independent of my phone. Contacted Verizon back today and they said this watch will never work independently because Samsung software limits it to only number share. I am done with Samsung products.

Auto start all exercise?!?!?!

I like the watch, it doesn't compare to the original galaxy watch when it comes to battery life. Why is it only set to detect certain workouts? I'm sure om not the only person who has forgotten to start their watch before a spin class or a weight session. With all these updates that are constantly pushed out that only drain thr battery, how about you add a few useful updates for everyone?
