Great features poor battery life

I got this watch as replacement for my S3 watch that lasted almost 4 years. It was a great watch and had a great battery life. About 3 months ago, it started to die with in 4 hours after being charged all night. I got the S4 as replacement for it and it has been good but the battery life on it is bad. I'm having to recharge the battery every other day. My S3 would last 3 days before needing to be charged and that was under normal wear and tear usage. I love the features of the S4 but the battery life is what makes it unlikable. I wish it had the battery life of the S3 but it is what it is. I'm pretty active with working out and being in the military, walking almost everywhere just drains the battery life on this watch. It's a great watch if you're just gonna sit around for most of the day and not workout or go for a walk. If you're active and love being outdoors, look for another watch that will do all the same features as this one but have a better battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I asked for this watch for my birthday/Christmas and received it just after Christmas which was fine with me. I had a Samsung Gear watch for two years and loved it and wanted to get a new, smaller Samsung watch. The battery life on this watch is horrible. Sometimes, it won't last a day. I've already learned that I have to shut off my watch if I'm using my cell phone for any type of media as that kills it. And after an hour with tech support, wiping my watch completely clean and resetting it twice, the tech wanted me to start wiping things off my phone and I said you've got to be kidding. So, the watch really doesn't do what it claims and what I need.

Avoid at all costs

I regret buying this but now I'm stuck with it. Apps don't sync with Samsung phone. If you use a music streaming service you have to DOWNLOAD MUSIC DIRECTLY TO YOUR WATCH. Worst of all, the battery only lasts a couple of hours. This watch is a worthless piece of junk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I received my Galaxy 4, 44mm Black Edition I couldn't wait to try it out. I fully charged it and it was easy to use. It has great features including, easy to use, and lots of apps, also has the EKG/ECG feature. Overall an excellent Smart Watch.

Battery drains fast !!! Under 2 days - Very upset

I need to return this watch as the battery charge barely last for 2 days. I'm very disappointed as a long time Samsung products person.
I changed the apps to lower the battery draining.
Please advise of how to return this watch and get a refund.
