The watch automatically tracks workouts when you start working out and does so nearly seamlessly. My favorite feature is the notification services, this makes it easier to check notifications in places where is usually isn't acceptable to look at your phone.

Love that it auto tracks my walks and reminds me to get up and moving. The battery life lasts a day or more depending on how often I use the apps on it. I'm able to charge it while I'm sitting at my desk job so that it's charged when I am ready to move around.

Despite animation following the alarm turn off, alarm will resound 1 minute later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
