Disappointed with the watch overall

Pros: Excellent performance and battery life. Watch is very fast and responsive. Plus having the new Wear OS is great.
Issues: My main issue with the watch is that it does not track heart rate, Bo2 & Sleep properly.
If the watch loses HR reading it will completely stop recording your sleep. HR reading is very finicky compared to the other smart watches I own. For example my TIC Watch Pro (Older Model) & My Apple Watch do a great job of recording data even if the watch is strapped comfortably to my wrist. In this watch I have to really tighten the band to get proper health reading during my exercise or other activities. Which is definitely not feasible when sleeping with the watch.
Overall I was expecting a close competitor to the Apple watch but sadly even though this is probably one of the best Wear OS watches it is not on the same level as the Apple Watch when it comes to tracking data.
Which sucks because I like the look and the feel of this watch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Got this watch for a gift upgrade old Samsung watch. This is no replacement. The battery life is not good at all. Even when I Uninstaller the health and everything. Back in the box it goes. Very disappointin

Thinner than the Watch Activ2

Just got this, and I do love that it is thinner than my 2. What I don't love is that I can't remove or hide any of the 20-some apps on the phone. I use the watch for a watch and call notifications more than anything else, followed by activity tracker. I don't need Bixby, Contacts, Maps, Plat Store, Weather, Samsung Pay, Calendar, Buds Controller, Gallery, Outlook, Calculator... Just let me hide them so I can find the ones I might actually use.
TBD on battery life. I was getting two days out of my 2 not wearing it overnight.

2 week use before service

Watch 4 Classic 42mm LTE. I liked the watch. This is my first one so I was learning everything and starting to integrate it into my life. I had it for just under 2 weeks and it restarted while I was driving down the road. Not using gps or other apps at the time. I thought, weird but whatever, it's starting. Then it vibrated again and again and again. I put it in my cup holder until I got home.
I found out how to go into recovery. When I'm at the first recovery screen it will stay there as long as I want without rebooting. Once I select recovery to go to the next screen where you select factory reset, it instantly starts rebooting. On some reboots I'll see the text on the second screen flash but it reboots before I can select anything. On one occasion, after watch it go through at least 100 restarts with my fingers on the buttons ready to go, I caught the 2nd screen on for about 2 seconds. Enough for me to go down and pick factory reset. I thought I had it. Finally. Nope it didn't even start recovering before going back into bootloop. So it's off to repair. I like fixing stuff myself, I'm in IT. I tried everything I could and asked around but that seemed to be the only choice to recover and I couldn't access it.
If this thing had an access port or was able to transmit data through the wireless charger I would have a lot more options to fix it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would give 5 but the 1 thing wrong is STUPID annoy

I've had a Galaxy 3 Watch for about 6 months and now at least once every day since the last update my S21 Ultra notifies me that it cannot connect to the watch. Which is stupid for three reasons: a) they might be connected and i get the notification anyway b) this entirely due to some bad coding regarding the latest security update so it was entirely preventable c)and when they ARE disconnected i get no advice on what to do to connect them. This essentially means that a watch i paid multiple hundreds of bucks for has effectively been turned into a classy timex. oooh goody. I can count my steps and heart rate, but i have no way to record them or check texts when working out. STUPID
