my 1st smartwatch i think i made the right choice its stable fast acurate looks good only one thing i'm on the largerb side i wish the sports band wat a little bit bigger

Questionable HR monitoring

Baseline HR monitoring on this watch is questionable and inconsistent. After trying various locations on my wrist and adjusting the tightness, I cannot get this watch to reliably read my HR accurately or when I need it. The watch has been reset once, sensor cleaned and power cycled many times and the functionality is disappointing at best. A common scenario is the watch reporting HRs in the 90 's when my baseline HR is 50-60. Additionally, while monitoring exercise, it will fail to sense my HR at all. The remainder of the functionality of the UI is average at best, even with the recent upgrade. The primary reason I own this watch is for biometric monitoring and my current experience also leads me to believe that the body comp algorithm is significantly flawed and the ECG reports inconclusive greater than 90% of the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was very happy with this watch at first, but with the most recent update, my heart rate monitor stopped working properly and the phone calls don't always show up on the watch.
Hopefully they fix this soon!

Horrible battery, overheated 2 different watches!!

Was excited to get a Samsung watch to go with my Samsung phone but after the experience I'm left beyond frustrated. The 1st one I barely had 10 days I was dealing with the horrible battery life... I had to turn off almost all the apps to get it to last 8 hrs before a charge, then it overheated while on my wrist actually burning my skin. It was a brand new watch so I was dumbfounded! Took it back got a brand new replacement and with in 6 days it started overheating!! This time I was able to realize that it was before it burned me... let's just say I'm out a watch and am beyond frustrated.....

Bought less than a month ago. It tells me it has to cool off. On Sleep mode it is dead in the morning and hot and makes noise batteries Wes fully charged

I bought this watch a few months ago and it's honestly not much of an improvement over the Galaxy 3. The face scratched withing the first week of normal use and the battery only lasts about a day and a half just using the regular features.
