I was very happy with this watch at first, but with the most recent update, my heart rate monitor stopped working properly and the phone calls don't always show up on the watch.
Hopefully they fix this soon!

Horrible battery, overheated 2 different watches!!

Was excited to get a Samsung watch to go with my Samsung phone but after the experience I'm left beyond frustrated. The 1st one I barely had 10 days I was dealing with the horrible battery life... I had to turn off almost all the apps to get it to last 8 hrs before a charge, then it overheated while on my wrist actually burning my skin. It was a brand new watch so I was dumbfounded! Took it back got a brand new replacement and with in 6 days it started overheating!! This time I was able to realize that it was before it burned me... let's just say I'm out a watch and am beyond frustrated.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought less than a month ago. It tells me it has to cool off. On Sleep mode it is dead in the morning and hot and makes noise batteries Wes fully charged

Poor watch faces nothing like tizen and the galaxy watch 3 everything is different from the 3 I would recommend the 3 over the 4 any day I wouldn't waste money on this

I bought this watch a few months ago and it's honestly not much of an improvement over the Galaxy 3. The face scratched withing the first week of normal use and the battery only lasts about a day and a half just using the regular features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have always been a ssung user I bought the Samsung 4 I HATE IT. The battery life is a fay or less and it offers eh not much. I will be going back to fitbit

I normally don't write reviews, but seeing the negative ones I had to write my take on it. To me it sounds like many of the problems people are facing is because they are tech illiterate. Watch faces? Just download third party apps there are soooo many and they are really good. My watch charges really fast. I take a eat dinner take a shower and it ready so I can wear it at night to track my sleep. I just don't have the screen on all day and it lasts 1 day and a half min. The watch is so sexy two of my cousins want one now. I use it when I go to the gym and for swimming and I think it tracks everything good. Except on the treadmill, it always shows 200m less than what the treadmill shows. I think is totally worth it if your purchasing a new one. Maybe not so much if you're upgrading.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Treadmill accuracy is terrible

The treadmill accuracy is still terrible on this watch. Samsung fitness should allow you to adjust your distance after you are finished running on the treadmill. As an example, I ran 3.25 miles on my treadmill and it said I only ran 2.73... we have had our treadmill checked to make sure it is accurate and it is. Samsung could also create a feature where we could calibrate the watch to the treadmill after we run 1 mile; at least it would be more accurate. It's frustrating at I don't believe my health and calories burned aren't being measured accurately. When I run outdoors this isn't a problem as it uses GPS. However, I live in the northeast and run inside on my treadmill for the majority of the winter, so it would be nice to have an accurate account of my logged miles.
