Why is this so weak?

This has to be the worst kitchen appliance we have ever bought.
It takes forever to heat or cook anything. It is so slow. And it was so expensive! We have a countertop microwave that literally cost 1/10 the amount and works a thousand times better.
We are wondering if we should hire a contractor to tear it out and just put in a sliding shelf to support a countertop microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

However, we might consider that this unit is bigger than a countertop and it is just 900w power capacity as indicated in the Specs of the unit. No efficiency, disappointing

Really very unhappy with this convection microwave. Not one setting is efficient. So disappointed as this was not an inexpensive piece. Installed in August, fully regret this item

Worst appliance I have ever owned. Was willing to sacrifice under powered microwave has second oven. The oven does not work as advertised in any way. Cant be used as an oven. Completely worthless product. Avoid.

Keep an extra microwave because this takes forever to
Cool anything….dissatisfying!!!
