This has not met my expectations considering the cost! Food takes double the time to cook then an average microwave.

Why is this so weak?

This has to be the worst kitchen appliance we have ever bought.
It takes forever to heat or cook anything. It is so slow. And it was so expensive! We have a countertop microwave that literally cost 1/10 the amount and works a thousand times better.
We are wondering if we should hire a contractor to tear it out and just put in a sliding shelf to support a countertop microwave.

Microwave function doesn’t heat as well as a regular microwave. Hard find instruction on fuctions. Air fryer doesn't work very well and the instructions on how to use is confusing.

Product slow in every mode, now completely broken

I was excited about the combination of a microwave, air fryer and toast option. Sadly, this purchase has been a dud from day one. All functions are so slow - probably double what they should take. Cannot even pop a bag of popcorn. The product is now completely broken. Strongly recommend against purchasing.

Great Appliance, but difficult WiFi Feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I recently remodeled our kitchen and were perusing our local appliance store for new updated culinary instruments. This Drawer Convection Microwave Model SMD2499FSA is beautifully designed, constructed and engineered. The features on it are clear and very useful!
Our ONLY difficulty, calling no joy, is the WiFi feature on it that doesn't seem to work, no matter what/how hard we try. All of our other appliances are connected to our home network successfully with this one exception.
Other than that, this instrument is a great buy. Happy Cooking!
