Very Unhappy

Hi. We are a property management company and purchased this appliance for our rental unit. It was purchased in 2021 since the beginning we had problems. It was reported that the washer was not working and we were able to catch the problem on 11/8/2022 the warranty expired on 12/21/2022. The warranty techs reported the control board needed to be fixed which we thought they did on 2/15/2023. The tenants reported a problem that the washer door hinge wasn't opening 8/6/2023. We sent our own repair man and he stated that the control board needed to be changed which we thought it was. We called whirlpool and they said that the machine is no longer under warranty despite the techs giving us a non working control board. Can someone contact either by contacting us or emailing us . Thank you

Turned on by itself and won't shut off

Our RV washer suddenly turned on by itself. We had just turned on the battery to the coach and it started running. We tried to turn it off, but it would not reset. It sounds like a water pump is running, so we connected the water line to it in hopes that the cycle would complete itself, but to no avail. We had to finally shut off the circuit breaker to stop the machine. I saw a similar post from another RV owner having the exact same problem. Seems like a circuit board is faulty with this unit and that it is a manufacturing problem. The unit is only 3 years old and used not more than a few dozen times since it is in a motorhome.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whirlpool has great products...not this model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first washer did three loads and quit. All computerized circuits not working. Got a new one which worked for five loads and the same thing happened. Had to pay a electrician to check power source which turned out to be good. No explanation as to why this keeps happening.

Worst washer ever

Bought this machine 4 hours ago . When it spin , this machine moves like crazy . Calling warranty tomorrow morning . Loose of money and time. Really upset

Does a great job - just one issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with the performance of the washer, except for the fact that I have a hard time getting it to turn on. The instructions say to hold the power button down until the power comes on - sometimes I have to hold it down several times before the power comes on. Once, I held it and timed for a full 3 minutes - power didn't come on. Sometimes, I hold it for 5 or 10 seconds several times, then suddenly it will come on. Its very frustrating.

New washer in new motorhome. Have had to replace the control board twice. Now out of warranty, what are you going to do whirlpool with all these defective washers? How about a recall? Or class action suit may be coming your way!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 1 year ago and had problems 6 months or less after owning. I’ve had 6 parts put into this washer and had 3 service technicians that don’t know what they are doing and trying to repair. It is still not fixed since last repair . Whirlpool refuses to replace it. Service technicians couldn’t even figure out how to remove the cover and dented it. It has to be replaced. They stripped screws and had to replace parts.

This type of washer don't buy

this collection is terrible! washer and dryer always shows problem. After got this new machine(only use few times ), first is the door can't open, and the machine can't work well. we are waiting too long to have a local technician fix it(parts exchanged) and after about half year, the washer and dryer stop working again!! and we have to pay a lot to fix it or purchase again the extend insurance. how I can imagine to buy a combo insurance every year, we have to pay hundreds dollar and I am worried about next year we need to fix those stupid machines again! no more cover, unless we pay the customer service person is nice, very patience.
