Horrible User Guide

I live in an apartment complex and these are the "New" so called washers that they are using now. When i received my washer it worked okay for about 1 week and 1/2 and then just stopped working altogether. I can still turn on the washer but the only thing that happens is a time of 2:20 for a wash cycle and it won't fill up it won't run it won't even let me select different options. I called the apartment maint. and of course no help they are clueless. Called Whirlpool and they claim they have never heard of the issue i'm experiencing. I have unplugged it, cleaned the filter, held buttons, detached and reattached hoses and nothing happens. Worst washer ever!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don’t know what to do

This unit came with my 5th wheel when I bought it. The 5th wheel and this washing machine were both brand new. Never used. Second time it broke. Goes into demo mode without being turned on. Had a tech came out after the 5 month mark and now it’s broke again after “fixing” it. Would not recommend this washing machine. Same problem repeating itself.

I bought this washer 11-10-23 and used it 1 time and when I went to use again and the door would not open. I tried everything in the troubleshooting manual and it still will not work. I had to manually open the door and tried resetting the washer. It turns on but only makes a humming sound.

I like the convenience of this in my RV. Has used several times with no issues. Washer now has turned on by itself, no error codes displayed. Does not react to buttons pressed except on/off. Sounds like water pump is running. Have tried reset procedures via troubleshooting guide, no good result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got this one after waiting months for it. They had to return the 1st one because it was defective. This one I have to hold the start button down for several minutes several times before it finally starts.

This washer is like brand new, came with our camper that is just a few months old. I’m having same issues as the review by Latoy. Been on hold in the phone que for over 30 minutes and have spoken to no one. So whirlpool, don’t reply with giving you a call at some 1-800 #. A direct line phone # would be appreciated.

Bought a set up washer 4 days ago. Nothing but problems. We have done three loads of laundry with a lot of issues with the timer. Timing jumps from 55-34-41-55-Then says off while it spins endlessly. So frustrated. Maintenance in our complex said he’d call a repair man. That’s a joke! I want a new machine but, definitely not this one.
