Gone Before It’s Time

Model MFC7500VW. This is a compact, front loading washer. I own it at a home in the mountains that is only used occasionally. Although it’s about 10 years old, it’s had less than one year of actual service. It just stopped working with error codes E06 and F06. I was told the only resolution is a new motor or new washer: With so little actual service, I expected many more years of use. Very frustrating and disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer came in my new park model I purchased. First one would get suck on wash cycle and go no further. So I used it for a half load. Company replaced with a second one used it for 10 loads. Came back to camper after being gone for 3 weeks to find it run on drain cycle with the door even open. Can't wait to get my electric bill.

Bad components

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is in my 2022 motorhome, used very little, ran maybe 10-15 loads total and the control board is bad. Have to pay 500 + to fix.

DO NOT BUY

I bought one of these in October 2022. It needed to be repaired in January 2025. It broke again (pump) in Oct. 2025 and was deemed unrepairable because the part is no longer available. Lasted 3 years! Unacceptable. DO NOT BUY. I would give zero stars if I could.
