Work well when it works...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this compact whirlpool washer and dryer set for my live in RV. Everything worked great, until I used the Tumble Cycle on the washer... Tumble cycle is for when you start the washer and know you're not going to be back for a couple of hours and the washer will continue to tumble to keep load from mildewing. Well, the tumble cycle completely locked the washer up to where it's stuck in the middle of the cycle and the door wont open. I read the trouble shooting techniques in the owners manual and tried every option Whirlpool gave to both open the door and reset the washer. NONE worked. So, I called a technician out to see what the issue is. Still waiting on technician for 2 weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem I have with the machine is that it vibrates so much it makes the machine move so I had to buy some pads to keep it from moving and cut down on the vibration.

Complicated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife does not like this all in one unit. She is used to separate washers and dryers. Always telling me that it takes to long for a load and sometimes when finished load is not dry. We have no problems with its operation. Just a big change.

Good Washer but…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer has been effective however dealt with door locking on me and had to get it repaired within 6 months. Seems it was a board issue and software needed upgrading. Hopefully do not need to deal with anymore upgrades.

First RV washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time having a washer in my RV and I am pleasantly surprised! I will have to do smaller loads but it washed the clothes nicely and I couldn’t believe how well it spun them!! The settings are very easy to use.
