Bought the Tailgater for myself last fall, everything I smoke has turned out perfect. I wanted a portable smoker I could bring along camping and this smoker is perfect. No problems whatsoever with the smoker. It is a bit difficult to fold and unfold the legs by myself but with help it’s no problem. Love this smoker!!

Great tailgater to say the least. The brand and quality speaks for itself with its performance. If you plan to fire up on your tailgate its rock solid. Setting up the legs to freestand it up takes a little practice is all.

Smoking any Meats and Cooking as well (egg bake)

I purchased this grill for a trip up the north shore of Lake Superior in MN, and camping. I love this little grill. The cooking part is fantastic everything we’ve smoked has turned out just as we like it. I’ve smoked beef, pork, gross, chicken, etc. All very good. The only issue I have is setting it up the legs just don’t seem sturdy enough for collapsing and setting up many times. The hardware does not stay put and often find it missing when I try to use it again. Would recommend a different design. The Treager Tailgater is a well worth the cost for a portable smoker.
