I had high expectations for this smoker and the Timberline 1300 met all of them. Putting it together was as easy as advertised, and had no issues hooking it up to the WIFire. The temps are easy to set (from the app or the smoker) and hold true for the duration of the cook. The flavor from the smoker is better than advertised. Clearing the hopper took some getting used to, but once you get the hang of it, it's simple. Cleaning the smoker was a breeze which will make the maintenance as easy as Sunday morning!

We've had our Timberline 1300 for 3 weeks now and our Weber Gas grill is packing his bags to leave. The food we've cooked on the Traeger comes out amazing. It's so easy to cook with this smoker and the app makes it even better. we've cooked pulled pork, chickens, turkey, ribs and beef. The Traeger recipes are big help and easy to follow.

Such a great grill, I love how hot it gets so you can get a great sear when you want. The capacity is second to none, it holds so much allowing you to cook for large parties and family gatherings. This so well built and heavy duty that I know it will last as long as I want until I get my next Traeger.
The app works great and definitely recommend the Traeger recipes. A+, kudos Traeger!

I give it a 10….a MF 10! Love everything about it. They really knocked it out of the park with the timberline. From seared moose loin to slow smoked salmon. The timberline makes any man a legend.

I love this grill

This grill's freakin' amazing. It was a big pain in the butt to connect to wifi (which you don't have to do), but I've used it almost every day since then because I just can't get enough of literally everything cooked on it. Beef, pork, chicken, fish, lobster, vegetables, fruits. You name it, it tastes better smoked.

I've had my timberline for a little over a year now. I do love how my food turns out. Everything is amazing and there is nothing better than to set it and forget it and go enjoy a beer while it slow cooks my ribeye to perfection. However, I do have one beef with it. I feel like the Grease Management System is faulty, Even though my drip tray is installed correctly it doesn't seem to angle enough towards the front. Like the brackets in the back need to be higher. Everytime I cook the grease piles up on the sides of my drip tray so if I'm mid cook and I need to up the temperature to sear something I can catch my grill on fire because nothing is draining properly. I feel the system that they have on other models is a far better way to take care of grease and because of that I'm going to be purchasing an Ironwood soon. I still love Traeger and I will be a forever customer of their's. The Timberline is just not for me sadly.

Hey Jordan thanks for taking the time to leave us a review on your Timberline here we do appreciate the feedback. One main cause for grease pooling is potentially the drip tray warped. We do recommend taking the drip tray out and laying it on a flat surface. Both sides should sit evenly on the surface if it does not this could very well be causing your grease pooling problem. If you do notice an issue with this we do recommend giving us a call at 1-800-TRAEGER and we'll get you taken care of!

1300 timberline

Been using Traeger bbq for 35 year still have my original. Currently purchased a timberline 1300 many upgrades from my old traegers. Enjoying the extra grilling space in the app on my phone to keep track of our grilling. I recommend Traeger grills 100%.
