Wife bought a Timberline 1300 as a birthday gift in July, and ever since the meals that have been prepared have been amazing. Salmon has been cooked to a buttery perfection; moist, tender and flavor that can only be experienced. Pork...from ribs to pork loin to butts. Each dish is moist and delicious. The best part is, it is easier to monitor your cooking with the Wifire system and the Traeger app. When using the probe, you can set the temperature you want your food to be cooked too and just set the alarm. The Wifire system allows you to adjust the temperature of the grill from your smart phone. It can't get any easier than this...unless you have a chef prepare your food for you.

I have been using a Treager smoker for over 9 years. In my opinion, Trager has corrected all of the flaws I noticed with my Lil Tex. This Timberline 1300 is heavier, lights easier, has a sealed door, and a grease bucket enclosure so our dogs can’t eat the grease...the pellet hopper even has a light! Very happy
