This is an awesome smoker. I’ve been waiting awhile trying to find the one out there, and I’m glad that I went with Traeger. My buddy told me to go with the size bigger than what I thought that I would use. Boy was he right the 1300 has plenty of room for me to smoke all different types of foods all at the same time. Best money ever spent

Got a timberline 1300 about a year ago and I love it. Can't say anything wrong about it. Best money I ever spent. Had several backyard parties and the food came out perfect. Just set it and forget it, and the wi-fi feature lets you know when you're food is done no matter where you are.

Love the unit!!!! Should have went with the smaller one but that’s not that big of a deal, bigger is better. There is a grate in the pellet hopper that is just in the way. Can’t clean out the pellets by hand unless you have small hands. Not sure it really has any use, and the alarms for low pellets is a nice feature just doesn’t really work. The pellets don’t level out so maybe put an arm that rotates in the hopper instead of a grate so they are always leveled out. Minor complaints but you wanted a review. Still love this thing wish I wouldn’t have waited so long.

I have always been a true believer in charcoal and wood for smoking. But I have a good buddy that swears by Traeger. So after doing some research and watching a bunch of YouTube videos. I decided on the Timberline 1300 D2. My main reasons was I like that it is totally insulted so i will be able to use all year long. The SUPER SMOKE feature and the ability to control it through the Traeger App. I have did 3 cooks on it so far my 3red cooking being my largest. 1 15lb Turkey, 1 12Ib pork butt, 1 ham 1 whole chicken, 3 slabs of pork ribs, 1 slab of beef ribs and 6 individual short ribs. Everything was cooked to perfect and my family loved it. I loved I will say i have cooked on offset smokers, webber smoky mountain, and green eggs. And to me this was just as good a good smoke flavor I was able to use the super smoke feature the first 3 hrs of the cook so I think and feel it is a great feature. I love it glad I pulled the trigger and got the Timberline 1300.
