It really does need two people... unless you want risk hurting yourself. Also the directions about beer require extremely gifted drinkers or extremely slow assemblers.

This product is exactly as advertised. This is no starter pack! The Timberline 1300 is a heavy duty cooking machine. I use all types of smokers from stick offset trailers to the Timberline 1300. From the couple of times that I have used the Timberline, I can say it is the most accurate, well cooking machine that I own.

This is an excellent grill. I have an older model at home that works well. The double wall and app take this grill to a whole new level. I recommend spending the extra money for the Timberline Series if you can afford to do so.
