The lower grate came out of the box with a very noticeable curve in it which is undesirable considering the amount of money spent on it. I would also prefer a little longer electrical cord. As far as performance, I’m extremely pleased with function and the outcomes I’ve had so far.

No creosote build-up and best Christmas ham ever.

I had another brand of grill before, and was unhappy with creosote build up in the grill and on the food. That is not even a consideration any longer with this grill. I did my first grill-a Christmas ham, smoked. It was the best I had ever done, with the grill and its app to control temp and grill time.
