[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used smoker twice. Beer can chicken was first, then tri tip. Chicken turned out great. Wife says best I've ever done. Crispy skin, moist tender meat. Tri tip was tender as well, but i need a little practice with temperatures to get perfect. I'm use to cooking on charcoal (direct heat). That's the biggest difference I see is I'm able to control temperature on 1300. Babybacks are next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is the grill amazing but the box has beer holders. And the instructions also tells you what beer to be on from a 6 pack. If your a light weight disregard those instructions.
