Another fine smoker

I went from a Texas Elite to a Timberline 1300 and really like most of the features. I would like to have a bigger front shelf. I got used to that on my Texas. Also I would like to be able to have a cold smoker on it. I had a smoke daddy on my Texas with a cold smoker also. I do miss those

New know if it will preform or not I've own many traeger grills but this one is awful

Never burn a meal again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a cattle rancher and professional hunter, making sure the meat I serve to my family is of the highest possible standard is critical to honoring the animal that meat came from. Since using the timberline I haven’t ruined a single meal. By being able to monitor and change the temperature of the grill and the meat from inside my house, at work, or even from another state (I’ve done it) I know exactly what is going on with the food I’m making. And it’s delicious.

Been watching this grill for company for about 2yrs. Finally purchased the 1300. It is amazing. I've been grilling everyday since I brought it. From ribs to burgers to whole chickens. It is simply amazing what this grill can do. Most of all I love the wifi feature. It makes starting the grill a breeze. I will never buy another grill.

New Model Really :-(

I just got this grill 1 week ago so I've only had a chance to cook a pork butt on it. And it came out perfect. Set up was quick and easy and the Traeger app is amazing. You will not get the same same smoke as an off set smoker (with hours of babysitting the smoker), but the ease of use is worth it. So far this is an amazing grill. My only disappointment is that they just announce the new model which is exactly what I'm looking for in my outdoor kitchen. If I had just waited another week or two I would have gotten exactly what I needed. Instead I need to figure out how to make this grill work in my outdoor kitchen. :-(
