Absolutely worth every penny! Love my grill! I have done everything from pizza to Trip Tip to Brisket, chicken veggies.. you name it. The wirefire technology is perfect and the temp control is excellent. This thing is a no brainer! If you like to grill or even cook at all for that matter you must get one of these! I am a huge fan! The content and connectivity with the app has been a blast. Easy to explore new options, recipes, cooking tips, cool to check out the different chefs. Overall totally satisfied!

Coming from a "Lil Traeger Elite" which was about 5 years old this thing is impressive. It does seem to take a little bit longer to pre-heat than I was expecting, but now that I am used to it I just plan ahead and make sure to start earlier. The WiFire app has worked flawlessly as well.

I had in issue with wi-fi. Make sure customer service asks you what version you have. I had one that was a day older that new version. They send a replacement quickly. Now I am enjoying using the wifi app with automatic menu down loads. Very cool! Still having issues with initial start up over heating and slow to move up or down temperatures as required for cook directions. Getting better results each time I use it. Thank you Traeger for moving me from not satisfied to happy! I would now recommend this product.

So much better than my old smoker

Finally i can smoke a chunk of meat or a batch of salmon without constantly adjusting vents or fire or wood chips. With this grill i can do a 20 hr pork butt AND get some sleep while i’m doing it! Only complaint is that the door to empty the pellets is just about useless unless you’re OK with half of the pellets missing the bucket. I have yet to find a way to get any kind of box or bucket in the right place so i can empty the hopper after a smoke. It works better with 2 people, one to hold the bucket and one to stir the pellets. I would have given 5 stars but knocked off a star for the hopper door and the bignprice tag.
