Great smoker but bad tech. Smoker works great but wifi function just doesn’t work. After five phone calls with help desk it still won’t work. Traeger keeps saying it won’t work on a 5g network and that my house may have a 5g network. My house does not have a 5g network. The temperature probe also came broken. So far I have made a brisket, ribs, tomahawks, whole chickens and all turned out great. It’s a shame the wifi / app tech doesn’t work given I paid for it.
