[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so pleased with my new humidifier and diffuser. It does such a great job adding some much-needed humidity to our air in the house. It's so easy to access the water tank via the top which makes it super easy to keep clean. It runs very quietly and you barely know it's on - especially at the lower setting. I also love the added bonus that I can use essential oils in it and use it as a diffuser by adding oils directly to the base of it...very easy. It doesn't take up a ton of space and is visually appealing so it looks nice just sitting on an end table or would work well on a nightstand for bedroom use as all. I definitely recommend this item!

We've been using this humidifier for a week. We cleaned it carefully following the instructions in the manual. When we put it back together, pressed the button, the power button blinks but it won't go on. Then the light stops blinking. In the manual there is nothing in the troubleshooting guide to solve the problem. We've followed the manual, taking water out, putting it back in, making sure that nothing is set up wrong--nothing.
Even if we solve the problem, this humidifier is far too expensive to be so delicate. I've never owned one that was so fussy. We will be returning it.

This thing wets the air up pleasantly, moistly. Fixed the electrostatic shock issue that has been plaguing my apartment. I would recommend purchasing this item if you are suffering from dry and electrified air. I am a medical doctor, physicst, and climate scientist. Gray is actually spelled "grey" in my country.

You have to refill this humidifier many more times than I had originally thought. The tank is quite small and so far it's needed 2-3 refills per day. My other humidifier has a tank that is 3/4 larger and runs for days. It isn't even dry in the apartment yet, so this product isn't going to work if I have to keep filling it. And really, who has time to empty and clean before each use? And spend money on distilled water? I am returning the second one I bought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It holds eveything I am looking for in a diffuser and more! The lights are just amazing and relaxing, the remote control maxes the whole job even easier, the most and the oils scent traveling, just perfect!

White, rounded and easy on the eyes. Next, it excited me with the convenient top fill feature. Once I experienced how quietly it worked, I was completely onboard! I love that I can use this as a humidifier or diffuser.
