Disappointed in Spintertweeze & Precision Point tweezer.

20 Yrs using Tweezerman . Quality and precision have declined sorry to say. Very disappointing.

Seems to me the quality at Tweezerman has taken a major dive. I have perhaps 15-18 tweezers ,so I I feel I can speak about this feature. This “ingrown/splinter” pair were so “large”, they could not have removed a splinter. They might grip a hair a ½” long and very stiff. But that;s all. Soooo, disappointed.

Tweezerman Has CHANGED This Product!!

The first time I ever purchased this specific item was a few years ago, and of course, as time goes by, tweezers (like most thing) begin to wear down, which caused me to recently reorder a pair of these ingrown hair tweezers. HOWEVER- they are NOT how they use to be. In the past, these tweezers were so sharp that they literally would cause me to bleed when I would accidentally poke my finger with these. Now, they are so dull they they can’t remover microscopic ingrown hairs, without completely damaging your skin!!! I’m so disappointed in Tweezerman and their products anymore!!! This use to be my go to brand- however, any products I buy from this brand are just not good or useful, like they use to be. I am in search of new brand— if anyone has any suggestions for me, I would SO greatly appreciate them!!!

In the past when I’ve sent in my splinter removal tweezer for repair it would be returned with a more precise and sharper tip. The new one I received is a lot more blunt and difficult to use properly.

Gets the job done

Gets the job done and small enough to throw in the toiletry bag. It's sharp but not to the point where you can hurt yourself. All-in-all no complaints here.

The tweezers were not pointed enough to remove splinters or ingrown hairs. They had the same point as the point tweezers.
