[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very good product, as it performs its intended function with ease. Due to its compact nature, it is able to "sneak" into more intricate and detailed parts on the body where ingrown hairs need to be removed, and that is something it does a whole lot better when compared to comparable products from other brands. Other products are flimsier, since they seem as though they might break after just a short while using them - that's not the case with this product. This product is also very lightweight, which is useful. I was not aware of this particular product prior to trying it, but I am glad I was introduced to it. I would continue purchasing this product whenever I need to and would absolutely recommend it to others.

Was excited to try these for my boyfriend who constantly gets splinters working with wood and such. I was so tired of hearing about his splinters so I got these. They don't grip strong enough to get the splinters out and he always just ends up using his regular pointed tweezer man tweezers (of which he owns 6 of). Would recommend tweezerman regular teeezers pointed or slanted tip until I die but not these

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost, I love Tweezerman's products across the board. They're extremely durable and very effective for their use-cases. Tweezers, nail clippers, etc. I already had a pair of splinter/ingrown hair tweezers from Tweezerman, but the thing I really appreciate about the G.E.A.R. model is the larger size and longer tips. For the particular use case of ingrown hair trimmers, it's important to have more careful control, and the larger size makes them easier to use. I especially appreciate that the base includes larger handles for your thumb and finger to rest. It just gives you much more fine-tuned control and precision. It's a small change, but a big impact on usability. I don't know what else to say. I'm extremely pleased with these, and you should absolutely look to Tweezerman first. Their stuff is top-notch!

Normal tweezers do not do the trick, but these have the ability to peel through single layers of skin to get to the root without causing pain or bleeding. The thin tips allow ease to open up the pore where the hair is trying to grow and frees it from below.
