As someone who gets my face threaded monthly and not being able to the last few months I was desperately looking for something .
I came across this product and ordered it . It's been a blessing.
I am a woman in my mid-50s. I have recommended this item to not Just Women of my age but of all ages I love this product

Like it little tricky to use. Little tweezer that came with it doesn’t work at all! There real tweezers were great!

This tool is not effective. It misses hairs and causes a lot of pain. The spirals wear off and stretch out. When this happens they do not grab on to hairs fo pull them out. I do not recommend this product.

I bought it at a store a few weeks ago. It took a long time for me to buy it because everywhere I went it was always sold out because a lot of people like it. So finally I bought it and watched a lot of videos to figure out how to use it. It makes me sad to see bad reviews about it because I perhaps they didn't try very hard to use it right.
It's very well made so it will probably last a long time. I took it to a friend's house to show her how to use it too. She is very much interested. I kept my other hair fighting devices too but this one really works best on peach fuzz. Some people say you can't use it on eye browns but it's does a fine job on the tops of the brows. I am really glad I bought it.

Hi Arlene, thank you for reaching out with your question! Align the top of the coil tip directly to the area from which you are trying to remove hair. When aligning the tip, place the flatter side of the coil against the skin to use on larger areas. Place the curved part against the skin for smaller, more precise areas. While resting the flat side of the coil on your face, twist the knobs with both hands (above the colored handles) in the direction of the arrows to effectively remove hair. Gently move the tool away from the area while twisting the knobs to remove unwanted hair. Not the best tool

I got the hang of it pretty quickly however I’m not a huge fan. It works- but it is definitely not painless and misses a lot of hair. I had to go over the same areas multiple multiple times. I don’t like waxing so I may try to just use this because it is quicker and an at home solution. Any large hairs would hurt super bad so it really is only for peach fuzz and upper lip hairs or chin hairs, side of face hairs. I had a little redness/blotchiness in the areas after use from pulling hair out but I have sensitive skin. Overall I would say sure get it but it’s not my favorite beauty tool of all time.
