It DOES work!

I wasn't sure it was working at first, but if you pay attention you can hear the hairs flicking off. Also used a 10x magnifying mirror to confirm the device removed the hair. It's not easy to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it does work!

I'm was a little hesitant to try these product with comments that say "doesn't work" and "don't buy". I did so anyway because there were also many reviews that said the opposite. After watching a few YouTube videos both sponsored and not I gave it a go and found success the first time around. It really wasn't a hard learning curve. All you do is rest(do not press) the flat side and on your face and twist the rollers with arrows on each side in the direction they point. You will know you are doing it right because the thing moves along your face ripping hairs out in the direction the curve is pointed. It is clear to me that most of these poor reviews came from people who simply can't follow directions well or maybe they had a diffective device. First tip, if you truly think it doesn't work at least attempt to get a warranty replacement. The second tip is to watch various YouTube videos from product reviewers as they give you a better idea of how to do it right.

Okay so I'm Latina and I've had issues with facial hair all of my life. I've tried waxing (but most waxes mess with my sensitive skin), the facial razor, and good ol' tweezers. This was beyond good. There is a learning curve and I thought it was defective but after watching a few YT videos and taking my time to learn how to use it, I was fine. Trust me, you will get frustrated the first few times, but it does work!! I found that the logo needs to be facing you, laying flat, and then turn in direction of the arrows. I had to go over some areas a couple of times, but you'll know what's right for you. My face feels smoooooooooth. I can already see this being part of my travel kit. I bought mine at Targhay and it came with a set of tweezers. WIN WIN!! I'm so happy with it and the results, I convinced another friend to give it a try.

This divide comes with no directions; however, watching the video and reading a few comments, I figured it out. If you've ever had your eyebrows or upper lip done via thread, this is the same principle. You can feel the hairs being pulled out when you do it right. The arrows on the silver part of the handle rotate away from each other. Using one hand on the silver part of each handle, place the device on the surface skin - Don't apply pressure. Twist the silver pieces away from each other. The device will slowly move you the face, grab hair's in it's path and pull them out. Love this, on impulsive buy that was well worth the money.
Pros: Effective, Once you figure it out, it's very easy to use.
Cons: Not intuitive to use -no directions in box

Bought this as an impulse buy, as I'm always looking for ways to remove facial hair. I can't wax or use hair removal creams on my face as my skin either breaks out in spots or gets a nasty rash. This tool is very easy to use and does an amazing job of removing hair quickly with no skin irritation at all. Couldn't recommend it enough.

I had to watch videos on YouTube how to use it. After that, I just started playing with different directions, using just one side and other things. I keep the logo towards me. Just wipe with rubbing alcohol to clean.

I was frustrated at first, but I watched one YouTube video and it was that easy to learn to use! I am suspicious of reviews that say it doesn't work, those people should watch a YT video and they'll see that it does indeed work. To be completely honest- anyone that says it doesn't work didn't bother to learn how to use properly so they're doing it wrong. It's actually very impressive!
